Terms of Service

By using the Nuccio's Bakery website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Orders & Deposits

All custom cake orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm. The remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery. Same-day orders require full payment at time of order.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled more than 48 hours in advance receive a refund of the non-deposit portion. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. Wedding cake cancellations require 14 days' notice for deposit refund.

Allergen Disclaimer

Our kitchen processes common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Please inform us of severe allergies before ordering.
